Remote Backend Developer – AI Training & Code Review

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Backend Developer to join a paid AI training program focused on improving AI‑generated code. You will work asynchronously, reviewing and rating AI‑produced code, creating coding challenges, and providing structured feedback to enhance model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using provided guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
