About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a seasoned Recruiting Manager to lead its Talent Acquisition function remotely. You will shape hiring strategies, drive team performance, and ensure recruitment processes align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition leaders.
• Design and implement innovative hiring strategies and employee‑well‑being initiatives.
• Collaborate with area managers to keep recruitment processes current and effective.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, metrics, and salary structures.
• Use data insights to continuously improve recruiting and staffing workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (preferred).
• Hands‑on, proactive management style.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
