Recruiting Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition across its global, fully‑remote workforce. You will shape hiring strategies, guide a large team of recruitment leaders, and ensure processes stay aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of over 50 recruitment leaders.
• Design and implement innovative hiring strategies and employee‑well‑being initiatives.
• Collaborate with area managers to keep Talent Acquisition processes current and effective.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, metrics, and salary settings.
• Continuously improve recruiting and staffing processes based on data insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (preferred).
• Hands‑on, proactive management style.
• Advanced level of English.
