Quality Control Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Quality Control Intern to join our Manufacturing & Global Operations team at Grünenthal. In this role you will support the digitalisation and technical documentation initiatives within the Quality Control department, contributing to the continuous improvement of product quality from raw materials to final delivery. You will work closely with experienced engineers and analysts, gaining hands‑on experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the digitalisation and technical documentation development project for the Quality Control department.
• Prepare and update technical specifications, standard operating procedures, and related records.
• Apply analytical techniques and follow strict safety and laboratory guidelines.
• Assist in the management, organization, and archiving of quality documents and data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support routine quality checks and data entry tasks as required.

Required profile

• Enrolled in the final semesters of a Chemical Engineering degree or a closely related scientific field.
• Intermediate proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international, collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in document management or handling technical documentation.
