About the role
We are looking for an Automotive Technician to join MECARTRONICA GT in Quito. The successful candidate will perform maintenance and repair on a variety of vehicles, focusing on both mechanical and electronic systems.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose vehicle issues using electronic scanners.
- Repair engines, brakes, suspension and electrical components.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
- Document work performed and communicate findings to the team.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general mechanics and electronic diagnostics.
- Technical or professional education in automotive mechanics or a related field.
- Age between 25 and 50 years.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, honest and strong team player.
Required skills
- Operation of diagnostic scanners.
- Engine repair.
- Brake system repair.
- Suspension repair.
- Electrical system repair.
- Preventive maintenance.
What we offer
- Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
- Full‑time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
- Work location in the El Inca sector of Quito.
- Driving license for passenger transport.
