About the role

FutureFounder is seeking a Program Associate Fellow to join its remote team for a six‑month, full‑time fellowship. The role offers hands‑on experience across several functions, including human resources, operations, remote hospitality, and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR initiatives such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Assist with day‑to‑day operations and process optimisation.
• Contribute to remote hospitality efforts, ensuring a positive experience for virtual participants.
• Manage and create content for social media platforms.
• Take on ad‑hoc projects across the organisation as needs arise.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Eager to contribute across multiple areas rather than a single function.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and professional communication skills.
• No specific degree required.

• Compensation of $500 USD per month.
