Process Engineer – Continuous Improvement & Documentation

About the role

As a Process Engineer you will design, document and optimise processes that align with strategic objectives, while supporting initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document and optimise end‑to‑end processes using BPMN and ISO standards.
• Define, monitor and report on management indicators, OKRs and efficiency metrics.
• Support document taxonomy, process management and organisational standardisation projects.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, manage backlogs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyse processes and propose automation, operational transformation and continuous optimisation solutions.

Required profile

• Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience with process mapping, documentation and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to design and track management indicators and develop dashboards.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks, project management and root‑cause analysis.
