Payroll Analyst – Ecuador

About the role

Strada is looking for a Payroll Analyst to manage end‑to‑end payroll processes for its operations in Ecuador. You will ensure accurate payroll execution, reporting, and post‑payroll compliance while supporting the company’s people‑first strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Generate and distribute payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee post‑payroll activities, including accounting entries, social security contributions, and tax filings.
• Analyze collective bargaining agreements and ensure payroll aligns with contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Graduate in Public Accounting, Human Resources, Labor Relations or a related field.
• Minimum five years of proven experience in payroll or similar roles.
• Proactive attitude with strong communication, analytical, and service orientation.

Required skills

• Advanced use of payroll management software.
• Advanced proficiency with general IT tools.
