Paid Social Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Finch is a fully remote performance marketing agency seeking a Paid Social Specialist to own day‑to‑day campaign execution across a portfolio of paid social accounts. You will ensure campaigns are built correctly, continuously tested, and meet clear KPI targets while catching issues before they become problems.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable paid social structures for prospecting, retargeting, and lifecycle flows.
• Translate creative inputs into testable variants, identify winners and losers, and drive iterative performance improvements.
• Validate pixel, CAPI, and event setups; monitor attribution mismatches and maintain campaign hygiene.
• Own daily pacing and performance health of assigned clients, flagging risks and optimizing toward KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Social Lead Specialist and creative/strategy teams to align execution with broader paid social goals.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on paid social experience, with mandatory Meta Ads expertise.
• Proven track record managing multiple client accounts in high‑spend or high‑volume environments.
• Strong command of campaign structure best practices across prospecting, retargeting, and lifecycle stages.
• Deep understanding of attribution models, signal quality, and full‑funnel logic.
