Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant

About the role

Plan A Technologies is seeking an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant to provide functional expertise across multiple Oracle Fusion modules. You will support the program through critical testing phases and ensure best‑practice configurations are applied for a successful deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the program during Conference Room Pilot (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
• Act as the functional expert, embedding Oracle Fusion leading practices into system design and business processes.
• Review and validate integration builds to guarantee cross‑module alignment and deployment readiness.
• Collaborate with technical teams to confirm configurations meet business requirements and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 4 years of functional experience working across multiple Oracle Fusion modules.
• Hands‑on experience navigating CRP, SIT and UAT within an ERP environment.
• Strong understanding of standard Oracle Fusion workflows and implementation best practices.
• Ability to identify functional gaps and propose standardized solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
