About the role

MIS​KY Cocina de Altura is seeking a part‑time waiter to join its team at the Museo de la Ciudad, located in Quito’s historic centre. The position involves delivering friendly, efficient service to guests in a high‑end restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus and take orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Maintain clean and orderly tables and dining area.
• Process payments and handle cash or card transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Address customer questions and resolve minor issues.
• Follow opening and closing procedures, including stock checks.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter or server.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age between 18 and 38 years.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Positive attitude and strong customer‑service focus.
• Preferably residing in Quito’s historic centre or southern districts.

Required skills

• Basic English communication.
