MAT Leader – Quito

About the role

As a MAT Leader based in Quito, you will drive Monster Energy’s brand momentum by orchestrating hands‑on product trials and high‑impact sampling experiences. You will work closely with the sales team to activate events, generate qualified leads and strengthen relationships with key accounts across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train Monster Ambassadors, ensuring brand consistency.
• Supervise local market operations, including equipment maintenance and asset management.
• Execute regional activation strategies, set goals, build partner relationships and generate sales leads.
• Identify target demographics and organisations for partnership opportunities.
• Maintain inventory control for promotions and events.
• Plan and manage all event logistics – scheduling, personnel, permits and local event calendars.
• Provide market feedback and meet deadlines for reporting and data recaps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, sales or promotional activities.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning and resource management.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities to coordinate team members and achieve results.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
