Marketing Specialist

About the role

HONOR is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead media‑buying initiatives for new campaign launches. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies, execute campaigns across multiple platforms, and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop media‑buying strategies and activation plans based on business objectives and market insights.
• Launch, manage, and optimize end‑to‑end campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and social platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
• Monitor daily performance, adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to meet KPIs.
• Track media metrics, generate actionable insights, and prepare weekly, monthly, and project performance reports.
• Draft and oversee campaign budgets by platform and month.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate with media‑buying agencies to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Align strategy with the broader marketing team and brief designers on ad material requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in media buying.
• Fluent English; the hiring process will be conducted in English.
