Marketing Specialist – Email Marketing Coder

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Email Marketing Coder to join our dynamic team. In this role you will develop, code and deploy responsive email campaigns, ensuring high‑quality performance and adherence to industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Code responsive email templates from design files, optimizing for multiple devices and email clients.
• Perform quality assurance using Litmus, EmailOnAcid or similar tools and resolve rendering or deliverability issues.
• Generate and implement link tracking codes for accurate performance reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing leads to define project scope and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with design, accessibility, deliverability and engagement standards.
• Oversee timely deployment of email campaigns while maintaining output integrity.

Required profile

• 2+ years hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESPs (Klaviyo, Braze, Attentive).
• 3‑5 years in email marketing production, preferably on large enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of email technologies, best practices and current trends.
• Excellent organisational skills with minimal supervision.
