Market Change and Communications Lead (12‑month contract)

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term position is responsible for driving market‑level change and communications initiatives in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Reporting to the Regional Change Team and Market Deployment Lead, you will own the localisation and execution of global change playbooks and communication toolkits.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver market change interventions using global playbooks, adapting them to local needs in collaboration with the BI Market Change Coordinator.
• Own and execute the market‑level communications plan, tailoring content, tone, and translations to meet local requirements.
• Validate and conduct the local Change Impact Assessment, capturing impacts in the Change Impact Template.
• Lead a team of Market Change Agents to customise global communications materials for functional needs.
• Manage market‑level risks, issues and roadblocks, escalating to the Market Change Advocate or Regional Change Team as needed.
• Collect and report readiness feedback from market teams, ensuring timely escalation of concerns.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder‑management, communications and programme‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to operate in complex transformation environments and drive market readiness.
• Understanding of change‑management frameworks and methodologies.
