Manager, Solutions Marketing

About the role

Camunda is seeking a Manager, Solutions Marketing to lead the translation of our platform capabilities into vertical‑specific value propositions for Healthcare, Logistics, and Financial Services. This player‑coach position combines team leadership with hands‑on strategy, content creation, and go‑to‑market execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Solutions Marketing Specialists focused on priority verticals.
• Define quarterly priorities, set quality standards for vertical content, and align with broader product marketing goals.
• Coach team members on messaging, positioning, content development, and stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth to sharpen vertical go‑to‑market motions.
• Present at industry events and shape competitive positioning within each vertical.
• Hire and onboard new team members as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading marketing teams in B2B or enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of at least one target vertical (Healthcare, Logistics, or Financial Services).
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
