About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Associate to join our client service team. You will work alongside senior consultants and clients to tackle complex business challenges and deliver lasting impact.

Key responsibilities

Own a workstream within a client engagement, from problem definition to solution delivery.
Conduct research, data analysis, and interviews to uncover client needs.
Develop actionable recommendations and support implementation.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute innovative ideas.

Required profile

Strong academic background with a passion for problem solving.
Resilience, curiosity and a high‑performance mindset.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
