IT Recruiter – Young Professional (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a motivated Young Professional to join its Talent Acquisition team as an IT Recruiter. This remote position offers a fast‑track entry into tech recruitment, allowing you to work with global clients and develop end‑to‑end hiring expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs and sourcing candidates to screening and interview coordination.
• Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build a robust pipeline.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to evaluate fit and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine search strategies and understand role requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
