IT Recruiter – Young Professional (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a motivated Young Professional to join its Talent Acquisition team as an IT Recruiter. This remote position offers a fast‑track entry into tech recruitment, allowing you to support end‑to‑end hiring for a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: post jobs, source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline using job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep candidate records up‑to‑date in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine search strategies and understand role requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job board sourcing.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
