Influencer & Social Media Manager

About the role

Industry FinTech (IFT) is expanding its eCommerce division in Quito and seeks an Influencer & Social Media Manager to drive creator‑driven growth for multiple eCommerce brands. The role blends creative storytelling with operational rigor to build influencer partnerships and manage organic social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, vet, negotiate, and close collaborations with creators and influencers.
• Develop conversion‑focused creative briefs aligned with each brand’s voice.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end content production, including timelines, product seeding, revisions, and delivery.
• Track performance metrics such as GMV, conversions, link clicks, and revenue generated.
• Optimize influencer programs based on sales impact.
• Manage organic social media for eCommerce clients on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create content calendars, publish posts, and engage online communities.
• Support LinkedIn, blog, and emerging platform initiatives for the AxisKey brand.
• Collaborate with eCommerce and paid media teams to amplify creator content.
• Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or related fields.
• Proven experience working with U.S.-based influencers and creators.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and creator ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
