Implementation Consultant – B2B Client Onboarding

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead B2B client onboarding projects from kickoff to Go‑Live. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients transform procurement and financial processes through platform configuration, data migration, and user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Conduct discovery sessions to translate business requirements into optimized product workflows.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, data mapping, validation, and migration of vendor lists, budgets, and catalogs.
• Facilitate workshops and onboarding sprints to enable client independence.
• Create structured enablement resources such as playbooks, configuration guides, and short video workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and QA teams to resolve technical blockers and feed client feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• 1+ year experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, or customer success.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to handle business metrics and data.
• Experience configuring complex B2B SaaS, ERP, or CRM systems.
• Excellent change‑management skills and a customer‑oriented approach.
• Problem‑solving attitude and ability to collaborate with engineering on API and integration challenges.
