Implementation Consultant (B2B Client Onboarding)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead B2B client onboarding projects from kickoff through Go‑Live. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients transform procurement and financial processes by configuring our SaaS platform, managing complex implementations, and driving user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end implementation projects, serving as the primary contact from initial kickoff to a fully operational live product.
• Conduct discovery workshops to map client procurement and finance workflows and translate requirements into customized platform configurations.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, data mapping, validation, and migration of vendor lists, budgets, catalogs, and other business data.
• Coordinate internal and client stakeholders, mitigate risks, and resolve technical dependencies.
• Facilitate interactive workshops and onboarding sprints that enable clients to operate the platform independently.
• Create structured enablement resources such as playbooks, configuration guides, and short video tutorials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and QA teams to address technical blockers and feed client insights into product improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, or customer success.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and scope.
• Fluent English with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset capable of handling business metrics and data validation.
• Experience configuring complex SaaS, ERP, or CRM solutions and guiding organizational change.
