About the role

We are looking for a strategic catalyst who can bridge executive vision with flawless execution. The role will orchestrate a portfolio of projects, incubate innovation initiatives, and drive agile transformation that delivers real business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the PMO: oversee execution, financial control, and risk mitigation of strategic projects, ensuring successful hand‑over to the business.
• Design and manage the Innovation Ecosystem: create the Transformation Portfolio, run innovation challenges, mentor incubations, and apply IMO/Lean Startup methodologies.
• Guard the Transformation Backlog: define agile health metrics, promote a culture of continuous value delivery to sponsors and owners.
• Monitor results management: ensure accurate KPI settlement and variable compensation for project teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience managing innovation projects and strategic planning in large commercial firms or consulting agencies.
• Degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business, Systems or Entrepreneurship (master’s or specialization preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of strategic planning and intermediate proficiency in agile methods, Lean Startup, prototyping, and product/process design.
