Housing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Housing Specialist to join our remote team. You will coordinate temporary and long‑term housing solutions, act as the main point of contact for clients, and ensure a smooth experience from placement through move‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Match clients with suitable housing based on needs, budget, and location.
• Source and secure properties through owners, landlords, and partners.
• Manage reservations, lease agreements, move‑ins, move‑outs, extensions and renewals.
• Maintain relationships with property owners, landlords and internal teams.
• Resolve housing‑related issues, maintenance requests and client concerns promptly.
• Keep accurate records of inventory, leases, client data and documentation.
• Monitor availability, occupancy, pricing and lease expirations.
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in housing coordination, relocation, property management, real estate or hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple housing requests while meeting deadlines.
• High attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
