High School Math Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a passionate High School Mathematics Teacher to join Colegio Menor Samborondón, part of Nord Anglia Education. The successful candidate will inspire students aged 14‑18 to develop strong mathematical understanding and critical thinking skills within a supportive, globally‑focused learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the school curriculum and international standards.
• Foster a classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, problem‑solving and collaborative learning.
• Provide timely feedback and support to help each student achieve their academic goals.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects and share best practices.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development and school events.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification and certification for secondary education.
• Demonstrated experience teaching mathematics at high‑school level.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
