Coordinador de Inglés – Docente Multinivel

About the role

The Multilevel English Teacher and Coordinator will deliver the institution's English curriculum across assigned levels and lead the academic planning, implementation, and monitoring of the English Department. This role aligns with the national curriculum, CRISFE's educational model, bilingual pedagogy, and the institution's graduate profile.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English according to the institutional curriculum for designated grade levels.
• Lead the design, articulation, and follow‑up of the department’s academic plan.
• Coordinate vertical and horizontal curriculum planning, scope and sequence, and skill‑based assessment.
• Observe classes, provide professional feedback, and support teacher development.
• Analyze academic results, create improvement plans, and report on key performance indicators.
• Utilize digital platforms, authentic resources, and evaluation tools for both pedagogical and administrative purposes.

Required profile

• Third‑level degree in Foreign Language Teaching, Language Pedagogy, Education with an English specialization, or related fields.
• Mandatory C1 English proficiency according to the CEFR, proven by an internationally recognized certificate or institutional assessment.
• Minimum two years of experience as a coordinator, area leader, academic mentor, or pedagogical support manager.
• Strong knowledge of national and institutional English curricula, communicative methodologies, task‑based and project‑based learning, differentiation, and inclusive education.
