Go-to-Market Engineer – Remote

About the role

The Go-to-Market Engineer will design and build the technical backbone of BairesDev's modern marketing engine. Working within the marketing team, you will create tools and pipelines that generate leads today while laying the foundation for AI‑driven, personalized growth in the future.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the technical infrastructure that powers lead generation and qualification.
• Engineer inbound tooling and pipelines to improve capture and scoring of prospects.
• Develop website de‑anonymization systems to surface anonymous visitors as actionable leads.
• Create personalized outbound infrastructure tailored for hard‑to‑reach SMB markets.
• Collaborate closely with growth, marketing operations, and engineering stakeholders.

Required profile

• Background that blends engineering/coding expertise with business and marketing fundamentals.
• Strong interest or experience applying Generative AI to growth‑marketing tools.
• Comfort delivering technical solutions in a marketing context.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
