Full Stack Engineer (React & Kotlin) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in React and Kotlin to join our talent network and work remotely on project‑based assignments for U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s development team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and work alongside designers and engineers on a daily basis.
• Develop and maintain modern frontend applications using React, state management, hooks and responsive design.
• Build robust, scalable backend services and APIs with Kotlin and Java.
• Create and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines for the applications.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, contribute to shared libraries and ensure high‑quality code.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments on large, complex systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• React (hooks, component architecture, state management, responsive design).
• Kotlin and Java for backend development.
• TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Object‑oriented programming and software design principles.
• RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Performance optimization and scalable system design.
• Continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Agile / Scrum methodology.
