Frontend Developer (Remote) – AI Code Review & Challenge Creation

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this flexible, asynchronous role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the AI model.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑written code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Eligibility to work legally in any listed Latin American country.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
