Financial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a high‑potential early‑career Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Ecuador. You will work in a highly analytical, business‑oriented environment, supporting strategic financial decisions through modeling, costing, CAPEX control, and investment analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales, volumes, pricing, and profitability across business units, customers, products, and channels.
• Consolidate revenue and volume data to support business planning and forecasting.
• Develop pricing models and run financial scenario simulations.
• Evaluate profitability of product lines, customer portfolios, and commercial initiatives.
• Build and maintain costing models for business and financial decisions.
• Assess financial impact of product formulations, operational changes, and cost drivers.
• Support CAPEX control and investment analysis through monitoring and financial evaluation.
• Analyze transportation margins and customer profitability to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and automate business reporting while ensuring data integrity across multiple sources.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Commercial, Production, Procurement, and technical teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, FP&A, costing, financial planning, or profitability analysis.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level, mandatory).
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, food, or agribusiness environments is a plus.
