Finance, Procurement, and Administrative Assistant

About the role

The Finance, Procurement, and Administrative Assistant will support the operations of the GGGI Andean Country Programs in Quito, ensuring compliance with GGGI and donor requirements across finance, procurement, human resources and administration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with hiring of consultants and staff, handling HR‑related administrative tasks.
• Organise logistics for events in Ecuador and support travel arrangements for the three Andean countries.
• Maintain and improve event and travel trackers.
• Perform routine office and administrative duties.
• Process basic finance, procurement and administrative transactions in line with GGGI rules and donor conditions.
• Collaborate with the Finance, Procurement and Corporate Services (FCS) team and project staff to ensure smooth program implementation.

Required profile

• Experience in finance, procurement, administration or HR support within an international or donor‑funded environment.
• Ability to work across multiple countries (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador) and coordinate with regional and headquarters teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
