Finance Enterprise Partner – Commercial Strategy

About the role

The Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) works at the intersection of finance and commercial operations, supporting Roche Diagnostics’ strategy to deliver innovative healthcare solutions. You will act as a trusted thought partner to business stakeholders, ensuring financial discipline while driving growth initiatives across the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial teams to co‑lead touchpoints along the customer journey, balancing resource allocation and strategic financial advice.
• Develop and refine the affiliate commercial strategy, optimizing business planning, opportunity prioritisation, and revenue‑generation tactics.
• Monitor financial performance, flag deviations, and implement corrective actions to keep results on target.
• Co‑create new business models with customers, quantify value, and provide transparent pricing.
• Identify and drive P&L improvement ideas, including upsell opportunities, waste reduction, and risk mitigation.
• Assess commercial deals for sustainability, analysing competitor assumptions and pricing strategies.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience working directly with customers in a commercial finance capacity.
• Entrepreneurial, commercial and customer‑centric mindset with ability to synthesise financial and operational data.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven decision‑making and systems‑thinking capabilities.
• Highly collaborative, comfortable building relationships across a networked organisation.
