Field Engineer Trainee

About the role

The Field Engineer Trainee supports safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery to customers. Working under senior engineers, the trainee helps maintain PSD (Power System Delivery) standards while gaining hands‑on experience in field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute service delivery tasks on‑site, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist Design/Technical Engineers with technical programs and bid preparation.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Implement compliance tools, self‑assessments, and wellsite inspections to meet regulatory standards.
• Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and create action plans for performance improvement.
• Support HSE and quality initiatives, wear required PPE, and follow HSE policies.
• Provide backup for the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers when needed.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (any discipline).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to work on‑site and adhere to safety training requirements.
