Executive Headhunter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Headhunter to lead the search and placement of senior‑level talent for our global clients. You will work remotely, partnering with hiring managers to understand their strategic needs and deliver top‑tier leaders who can drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level positions.
• Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions.
• Proactively source high‑caliber candidates through networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting U.S. candidates for commercial roles.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Knowledge of various industries and executive roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
