Executive Headhunter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Executive Headhunter to lead senior‑level searches for its global client base. Working fully remote, you will partner with clients to identify, attract, and place high‑impact leaders across a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies for executive and senior‑level positions.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring smooth placements.
• Proactively source top‑tier candidates through networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting U.S. candidates for commercial roles.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple search assignments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
