About the role

Krediseguros is looking for an Insurance Operations Executive to manage the end‑to‑end processing of policies in its Ambato portfolio. The role requires precise handling of policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and client support while ensuring financial and operational accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate issuance, renewal, endorsement, inclusion and exclusion of insurance policies.
• Monitor policy expirations and generate timely renewal alerts.
• Manage cash flow, payments and reconcile commissions with insurance carriers.
• Provide high‑level technical and operational support to internal and external clients.
• Assist in the initial handling, receipt and processing of client claims and incidents.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the insurance sector, specifically with brokers or insurance carriers.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a high sense of service.
• Residence in Ambato.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
