Data Engineer (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive Data Engineer to join its Analyst team. You will work remotely with multicultural, globally distributed teams, turning raw data into actionable Tableau dashboards and reports that support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture reporting needs and query relevant data sources.
• Cleanse, transform, and shape data, building Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards.
• Present completed visualisations, gather feedback, and iterate based on stakeholder input.
• Deploy and maintain Tableau assets, creating parameter‑driven reports as required.
• Maintain and optimise SQL Server stored procedures and queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Hands‑on experience with Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment (at least 1 year).
• Strong understanding of relational data modelling concepts.
• Analytical mindset with a proven ability to deliver results.
• Organised, methodical approach to implementation, support, and documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
