Data Engineer – Remote

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive Data Engineer to join its Analyst team and work on multicultural projects distributed worldwide. The position is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑quality data solutions that empower end‑users and support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and source data.
• Cleanse, transform, and shape data to create Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards.
• Present completed visualisations and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Deploy data assets, reports, and dashboards to Tableau, using analyst parameters.
• Maintain and optimise SQL Server stored procedures and queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of relational data modelling concepts.
• Analytical mindset with a proven ability to deliver on commitments.
• Excellent organisational skills and thorough documentation habits.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
