Controls Automation Engineer (Emulate3D) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Controls Automation Engineer to design and deliver Digital Twin solutions using the Emulate3D platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating virtual models that interact with emulated hardware and PLC code before physical deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Digital Twin solutions through simulation and virtual commissioning.
• Build and integrate digital models with emulated hardware and PLC controls code.
• Utilize the Emulate3D platform to simulate automation and manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure virtual models accurately represent physical systems.
• Support virtual commissioning processes to reduce risk and accelerate system deployment.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in control, automation, electrical, or manufacturing engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with Emulate3D or Unity for simulation development.
• Proven background in PLC programming and interfacing with emulated hardware.
• Experience delivering Digital Twin, simulation, or virtual commissioning projects.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
