Controls Automation Engineer (Emulate3D) – Remote

About the role

Join a global technology leader to design and deliver Digital Twin solutions that bring physical manufacturing systems to life in a virtual environment. You will work with the Emulate3D platform to create, test, and commission automation models before they reach the factory floor.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Digital Twin and virtual commissioning solutions using simulation tools.
• Build and integrate digital models with emulated hardware and PLC control code.
• Utilize the Emulate3D platform to simulate complex automation and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure virtual models accurately reflect real‑world systems.
• Support virtual commissioning activities to reduce risk and accelerate deployment.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in control, automation, electrical, or manufacturing engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with Emulate3D or Unity for simulation development.
• Proven background in PLC programming and interfacing with emulated hardware.
• Demonstrated involvement in Digital Twin, simulation, or virtual commissioning projects.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
