Contract Management Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Contract Management Consultant to act as a subject‑matter expert and hands‑on contributor within the Quote‑to‑Cash domain. The role focuses on upstream commercial processes, ensuring that contract infrastructure supports fast deal velocity, compliance, and accurate translation of commercial intent into billing and revenue systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document, and improve contract lifecycle processes from quoting to renewal.
• Configure and maintain CPQ/CLM tools and integrate them with downstream billing and ERP systems.
• Manage approval workflows, deal‑desk governance, and delegation frameworks.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams.
• Validate contract, pricing, and order data for troubleshooting and reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in contract management, CPQ/CLM, deal desk, or revenue operations within SaaS, tech or marketplace companies.
• Strong knowledge of the full contract lifecycle and complex pricing models.
• Hands‑on experience with CPQ/CLM platforms and ERP integrations.
• Understanding of downstream billing, entitlements, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and ERP systems.
• Fluent English and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
