About the role

We are looking for a full-time cook to join our team at Go Travel Club in Quito. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting coastal and Ecuadorian dishes while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure attractive presentation of dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
• Basic secondary education.
• Age between 30 and 45 years.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and commitment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Experience with coastal (costeña) and Ecuadorian cuisine.
