Business Operations Lead - BizOps

About the role

Hyprwork is seeking a Business Operations Lead to serve as the operational right‑hand to the Head of People & Culture. This remote‑first position focuses on day‑to‑day HR administration, onboarding, documentation, and system maintenance, ensuring the People function runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of People & Culture with daily HR administrative tasks, including contract changes and policy acknowledgments.
• Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR and ensure audit readiness.
• Own the operational side of new‑hire onboarding across all locations, coordinating system setup, documentation, and orientation sessions.
• Track onboarding metrics, run 30/60/90‑day check‑ins, and flag bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain SOPs, policies, training materials, and internal documentation.
• Administer HR systems (BambooHR, Asana, Google Workspace, Slack) and manage user provisioning, permissions, and workflow automations.

• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams.
• Tech‑savvy with a strong systems mindset.
• Detail‑oriented and able to produce clean documentation.
• Enjoys working behind the scenes to keep processes running efficiently.
