Business Consultant – Banking & Finance

About the role

We are looking for a Business Consultant specialized in Banking & Finance to join Temenos’ implementation team. The consultant will work on end‑to‑end projects, partnering with banks to deliver core‑banking, digital and payments solutions and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements through workshops with client stakeholders.
• Translate banking needs into functional specifications and configure solutions on core‑banking or digital platforms.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle from design, through testing (SIT/UAT), go‑live and post‑production support.
• Provide domain expertise in accounting, deposits, lending or payments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate progress, risks and issues to clients and internal teams, building trusted advisory relationships.
• Identify and propose process optimisation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in banking implementation or business analysis.
• Hands‑on knowledge of at least one banking domain (e.g., GL accounting, deposits, loan lifecycle, payments).
• Strong understanding of core‑banking systems and transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
