About the role

Howard Financial is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with a strong background in the vacation‑rental sector. The ideal candidate will handle hotel‑style accounting, daily transaction processing, reconciliations, and reporting. You will support leadership in all financial operations while working remotely.

Required profile

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in short‑term rentals.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting and daily financial operations.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive attitude.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work 9 AM–5 PM EST.
