Behavioral Health Coach (Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Behavioral Health Coach to join our tele‑health platform, Intellect. You will conduct 30‑minute video sessions that help clients manage stress, improve work‑life balance, and achieve personal or professional goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one mental‑health coaching sessions remotely.
• Focus on non‑clinical issues such as work stress, procrastination, and relationship goals.
• Collaborate with our internal clinical team to refine coaching content and platform features.
• Maintain accurate session notes and track client progress.

Required profile

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification OR a Master’s/Post‑graduate diploma in counseling.
• Minimum 200 coaching hours (ICF) or 300 post‑graduation clinical hours (counselor).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in employee assistance programs, adult counseling, or managerial coaching is preferred.
