About the role

We are looking for a responsible, tech‑savvy individual eager to learn and develop a professional career as a polygraph technician. The position provides full training and mentorship, allowing the candidate to grow within the polygraph field.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, execution, and documentation of polygraph evaluations.
• Handle equipment, software, documents and confidential information in an organized manner.
• Support the coordination of evaluations and client interactions.
• Draft and review reports and related documentation.
• Travel occasionally within Ecuador to accompany evaluation teams.

Required profile

• Reside in Quito and be available for full‑time onsite work.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work weekends when required, with prior coordination.
• Strong written communication, spelling and attention to detail.
• High level of responsibility, confidentiality and adaptability.
• Completed high school; technical or university studies are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office tools and ability to learn new software quickly.
