About the role

The company Dacartours, a tourism transport provider, is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented professional to support the Operations Management team as an Assistant of Operations and Accounting. The position is full‑time, based in La Gasca, Quito, and combines routine accounting tasks with daily operational support for the driver fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Issue, control and cancel electronic invoices using the Contifico system.
• Manage tax withholdings and complete procedures on the Ecuadorian SRI platform.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month‑end account closing.
• Provide direct assistance to the Operations Manager, including handling corporate e‑mail traffic.
• Enter and update transport services in the general planner and generate daily route sheets for drivers.
• Coordinate minor purchases, request and follow up quotations from spare‑parts stores and supply vendors.

Required profile

• Technical or professional education in Accounting, Administration or related fields (minimum two‑year program).
• At least two years of experience in corporate accounting or operational support.
• Age between 22 and 37 years.
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Available to work Monday to Friday, eight hours per day.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Contifico accounting software.
• Experience with electronic invoicing and the SRI tax platform.
• Bank reconciliation skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and corporate e‑mail systems.
