Asistente Contable

About the role

The company is looking for an Accounting Assistant to support its finance team in Quito. The role involves handling tax calculations, account analysis and daily bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate and process tax retentions and other statutory taxes.
• Analyze account movements and reconcile bank statements.
• Enter purchase invoices and maintain the purchase ledger.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Support the accounting team with routine bookkeeping and data entry.

Required profile

• Technical or professional education in accounting or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Age between 25 and 35 years.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
