Asistente contable

Over de functie
Wij zijn op zoek naar een Asistente contable die ons team ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse boekhoud- en administratieve taken. In deze rol draag je bij aan een correcte financiële administratie en help je bij het opstellen van rapportages.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Registratie en controle van boekhoudkundige transacties.
- Uitvoeren van bankafstemmingen.
- Beheer van crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie.
- Archiveren en organiseren van boekhouddocumentatie.
- Ondersteunen bij facturatie en fiscale processen.
- Opstellen van rapportages en bieden van ondersteuning aan de financiële afdeling.
Gewenst profiel
- Opleiding in boekhouding, financiën of een verwante richting.
- Ervaring met Excel en boekhoudsoftware.
- Goede organisatorische vaardigheden en aandacht voor detail.
- Teamspeler met een hoge mate van verantwoordelijkheid en vertrouwelijkheid.
